We draw on both technical and non-technical knowledge to offer practical assistance in developing the skills of individuals and teams in the workplace to improve performance.

Technical skills: We can provide technical support for competence development, training, and assessment in the workplace, and can review and develop safe working practices and procedures.

Non-technical skills: We take a human factors approach to understanding how people interact in the workplace, especially in complex, hazardous environments, and develop, train and asses non-technical skills such as communication, decision making, situation awareness, and teamwork.
