was founded by Margaret Crichton (MA (Hons), MSc, PhD) in 2005. Dr Crichton is Managing Director of People Factor Consultants Ltd, and is a Chartered Psychologist, member of The British Psychological Society, member of The International Association of Applied Psychologists, and an Associate of the Emergency Planning College. As the company expanded in 2009, Brian Crichton (BA, IEng, MIET), was appointed as Director of Technical Services.
People Factor Consultants Ltd. have since established a large network of national and international associates who provide a wide range of abilities and skills. Our associates are knowledgeable in topics such as risk management, critical incident response, competency assessment, and safety-related working practices.
